The problem it is for
Everyone has a handful of documents that quietly expire — a passport, a licence, an insurance policy, a visa, a warranty — and a growing list of things that quietly renew. Neither has a system. The documents live in a drawer and a photo roll; the subscriptions live in six different apps' settings pages. The failure mode is the same for both: you find out at the worst possible moment, at the airport or on a bank statement.
RenewKeep is the one place for both, with reminders that fire on a schedule you set, on a phone that does not need to be online.
What we believe about your data
A passport scan is among the most sensitive things a person will ever put in an app, and the honest way to protect it is not to hold it. So we do not. Documents and photographs are encrypted on your device and there is no upload path in the app — not a setting, a missing code path. We wrote up exactly how that works and what it costs you, including the part most privacy-first products leave out: if you lose your phone without a backup, nobody can recover your documents, us included.
How this fits with the other apps
RenewKeep is the third app in a small family built on the same principle. EstimateBill makes invoices and estimates with no account and no server. Expense Income Manager tracks personal finances the same way. Each one is a single-purpose tool that works offline and keeps your data where you can see it. They link to each other because they are genuinely related, not because linking is good for search.
Where it stands today
The app is built and is being submitted to the App Store and Google Play. Until the listings are public this site runs a waitlist rather than showing download buttons that go nowhere. When you join, you get one email when it launches and nothing else.
