The service

RenewKeep is a mobile app for storing documents on your device and reminding you before they and your subscriptions expire, plus this website and its free browser tools. The free plan includes up to 10 documents, device encryption, offline use and reminders at 90, 30, 7 and 1 day. Premium is sold through Apple and Google — as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase — and is governed by their terms as well as these.

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee

We work hard to make reminders reliable, but a phone can be off, muted, out of battery or restored from an old backup. A missed reminder does not make us responsible for a missed renewal, a lapsed policy or a refused flight. Check the dates that matter yourself as well.

Your documents are your responsibility

Because documents are stored only on your device, we cannot recover them if the device is lost, reset or damaged. Keep an encrypted backup. We are not liable for loss of data stored on your device.

The browser tools

The passport validity checker and subscription cost calculator run entirely in your browser and are provided for information. Entry requirements change and vary by nationality; the destination's embassy is the authority. Always confirm before travelling.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to store documents you have no right to hold, and do not attempt to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
