Before you write
My reminders did not fire
Check the schedule on the document itself (Reminders → Change) and your account default under Settings → Reminders. A document set to "No reminders" stays silent on purpose. Also check the phone has not muted notifications for the app.
I got a new phone — where are my documents?
They were on the old phone only, by design. Restore from your encrypted backup file with the passphrase you chose. If you never made a backup, the documents cannot be recovered by anyone, including us — here is why.
I hit the 10-document limit
The free plan holds 10. Premium removes the limit. The app warns you from 7 documents so it is never a surprise at the last one.
Billing and refunds
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, not by us, so refunds and cancellations go through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your phone. We cannot see your card details and cannot issue refunds directly.
Something on this website is wrong
Tell us. Rival figures on the comparison page carry a checked date and are corrected with a new one.
